Larian Studios Forums Beyond Divinity (English) Technical Problems A bit problem with sharpening

Im in act 4 but only recently decided to learn the sharpen weapon skill, ive got it up to level 5 but i cant sharpen any of my weapons! When i right click on them the sharpen weapon option is always grey, why is this? Are my weapons to powerful to be sharpened or something? Any suggestions?

Are the weapons in the inventory of the character who knows Sharpen, and is that character selected as the leader or alone?

its ma DK that has the ability, ive tried it with his weapon equipped and in the inventory but i aint tried it if hes selected as party leader, hmmm, i should try that. Should sharpen work with any weapon at all? any power? any level?

Sharpen should work with most weapons (swords, knives, clubs and the majority of melee weapons work; bows and crossbows do not). I don't think the starting stats are a factor (you can sharpen a sword enough that you do not have the agility to use it).
