Pick Up and Add to Wares Equipment

At least on the PS5, this command will only pick the item up. It won't add it to wares. It seems to only have this bug on equipment items.

I have the same problem on PC since latest patch - but only when I pickup items with my Barbarian Avatar. The other chars in my party (Laezel, Shadowheart, Gale) do not seem to be "affected" by this problem oO

I have this problem on PC also with other characters, including La'zel.
