(PC) Issues noted since the last patch:
1. A conversation between Tav and Gale about accepting Raphael's Act 3 offer happens before the party meets with him. Usually after Vlaakath tries to intimidate La'zel at the camp.
2. The game has been having issues with swapped in party members avatars not appearing on the party list.
3. Video has been stuttering. Portions of cut scenes appea without sound, then play normally afterward.
