Hi there,

Does anyone know if there is a way to rename saves?
I can't see a way through game menu but can I from the actual files without destroying my saves??

Thanks!

I've searched for the option also. I don't think it's possible. I can give a name to a save only on creation.

I have not found a way to either to support Ido's statement.

This did come to mind. It works in a roundabout way. Since you can alter the name of a save when you create one, load the save you wish to change the name of then immediately create a new save and name it how you wish.

Doesn't this keep the save under the same character profile though?

When you change a character's name at the mirror, it doesn't affect the campaign save/name.

I'd rather hoped we could export character/export campaign using the in-game interface.

A common thing people would want to do, is say split into 2 campaigns one Durge one Gurge, or if there is a major branch in the main plot or with a main character. Or same deal for breaking off a save for use in MP session.

I'd be instantly nervous digging around in cloudsaves or buried folders and renaming stuff for fear it'd bust the save or the campaign.

Same reason I looked originally. There is no innate way to do that. And the thought of cross saving utilizing the ability to overwrite a previous save exited my thoughts rapidly.

If you rename the save name in the folder then you can no longer load that save. Game simply stalls forever.
