I think I am missing something. I made it to the first battlefield and found this entrance to I suppose a dungeon. I went all over it and made it to the final level. Now all that was in the dungeon was some ghost and lots of barrels and chest. There was nothing in the final level. I am not sure if there was to be something more there. Also, when I went across the bridge and found the second entrance..it is locked and I have no idea how to unlock this.

How do I unlock the entrance and did I miss something in the first dungeon?

No, the second dungeon gets unlocked when you find battlefield key 2 or higher.

Battlefield dungeons are random, sometimes 1 boss sometimes 3 or none at all <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

Thank you for your response, but I have quest to solve and I thought that would be where to solve them. Since I have to have higher keys, I suppose there is no reason to explore and find the other entrances, but how do I solve the quest in the battlefield?

In one of the dungeons, at the 3rd lvl you either kill a boss or pick up a quest item, its also random in wich dungeon the quest is.

As Inelinc says, being randomly generated the monsters and quest items can turn up in any bottom level.

So it's common to find nothing at all in some final levels, and quite a crowd in others! Two quest boss monsters in one room has happened more than once to me.

In Act 2 there are more dungeons than quests, so at least one empty bottom one is a certainty.
