[Early DU spoilers ahead]
I've completed the game four times now and am working on my first Dark Urge run.
Maybe I'm scratching at something that will be relevant later in the DU plot and I'm supposed to be this confused right now, but I don't understand why Alfira's death is just so... inconsequential to the other tieflings?
I thought at least Lakrissa would have something to say about Alfira still missing by the time the victory party happened, since I remember them chatting together in my other playthroughs, but no.
Instead there's just this random replacement tiefling Chell and they're chatting away. Alfira who?
If it weren't for the fact the party had reacted to Alfira's murder the morning it happened I'd be questioning if I even killed anyone that night or if I'd just imagined it.
But like I said I don't know... maybe I'm supposed to feel a bit gaslit and confused right now and I just don't know it yet, but knowing Lakrissa and Alfira from my other playthroughs it's just very strange that Lakrissa had nothing to say about her absence.
I waited until freeing the prisoners to post this, just in case Chell came up again, but I just got Lakrissa back to the inn and it was still just the same four tieflings I freed.
I feel like putting in some random replacement for (seemingly) no reason at the party really undermined the loss...
