I am by the brazier at the bottom of Shar temple and clicking on the brazier to further the quest line?

Does nothing. It there a set-stage code so I can complete the quest?

If you are positive, you have met all the in-game requirement, then ensure all party/pets are on the lift enter turn-based mode and then attempt to interact with the button.
