This is maybe a minor thing and maybe it's been brought up already. To me it's very immersion breaking though... So, here goes:

After I dressed up my companions I almost always choose the "Hide Head Gear" option for all of them. Problem is, when I tell the companion to stay in camp, he/she apparantly forgets about it and stands around with their wonderfully expressions hidden behind helmets or masks. This to me is always rather annoying and immersion breaking. Especially in the later parts of the game when certain things happen to certain people...

So, um Larian, could we maybe have all the companions' memory checked, so they won't keep forgetting whether they should or shouldn't "show/hide" their head gear? Pretty please?

Agreed! I hate that we can hide the helmet during dialogue but it doesn't stay hidden during regular gameplay. The helmets have a lot of good benefits, but I'd much rather see the faces of the characters than see a stupid helmet.

Oh, that you can do. Only need to click that tiny button one more time. (It hast 3 options: show always, hide in cutscenes, hide always)

What gets me, is that the chosen option is forgotten the moment you tell said companion to stay in camp...
Especially seeing how much effort went into animating all their face and facial expressions this really, really irks me. *sigh

Absolutely' This thing!

It was so annoying, I also keep the helmets hidden and then I leave someone at camp and then later when there is some cutscene (Or was it only some longer conversation? Do not remember now), the helmet is there.

I remember some emotional scene/conversation with Shadowheart which triggered at some point and all this time I had to stare on that ugly justiciar helmet I gave her only because of the stats it had.

I reported this and they said it is a known bug, I'm just surprised they haven't fixed it.
