Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Technical & Gameplay Problems Act 2 Finale: Dame hard Locked

Hey All,

Right after the Kethric fight, Dame was not in the tower. She also is not in my camp. When I go to enter baldurs gate and get the prompt that entering act 3, it sends me to camp, where Dame is now there with exclamation mark on her head. I cannot rest, or leave camp, because "someone needs to talk to me"

When I go to talk to Dame, all I get is "we fly at your word!" and nothing. Whatever needs to trigger to continue, is not triggering. And she isn't in the tower or camp prior to proceeding to baldurs gate to try and trigger it there.

Can someone please help?

Do you have any mods installed? If so, I'd try redoing the Ketheric fight with them disabled.

If you don't have any mods, I'd still just reload a save from before the Ketheric fight and do it again. Hopefully you won't trigger the bug this time. If you had trouble with it and don't want to go through that again, just lower the difficulty to easy.

Unfortunately no to both. No mods (console) , and no saves from before the fight (this is my wife’s play through and she did not maintain save files as cleanly )
