Honestly, I'm pretty surprised that WotC haven't announced a D&D miniatures set for the Baldur's Gate 3 companions and antagonists. Though, they didn't make one for the D&D movie characters either - just some of the monsters that appeared in it.
So, in terms of anything officially through WizKids for tabletop gaming - probably not, unfortunately.
As for display pieces and statuaries, they'll probably surface at some point but tend to be rather limited run items. A lot goes into design and production for them, which means they can be a bit of a risk for whoever Larian partners with to produce them - As much as people say they want them, the unfortunate truth is that the price is usually a major deterrent to the average consumer. How do you decide who gets statues?
Is one companion more likely to sell than others? Karlach, Shadowheart and Astarion might all sell well, but if you can only release one - who do you pick?
Minsc is possibly another issue - Are there any other licensing issues around the character because he's appeared in prior games published by entirely different studios as well as in comics, graphic novels and other media?
