When a Way of the Four Elements monk levels up to level 9, they get improved elemental casting which should improve their spells. The number of targets Clench of the North Winds should increase to 2, but it doesn't work. I can still only target 1 humanoid.
Tried searching the forums and didn't see this mentioned anywhere else or a way to fix this.
