Dragon bloodline Sorcerer vs Storm Sorcerer
What subclass is more powerful? I started as Blue dragon bloodline human sorcerer but now i have doubts because of elemental type which i chose. Is lightning-damage dragon sorcerer have advantages than storm sorcerer? which deal more damage? I didn't like other bloodlines so i chose exactly what firs my character the most. And i would like to know did dragon sorcerer have some buffs on health and AC? Because i make his DEX/CHA like 15/17 with 14 of CON

Draconic sorcerers get a 13 AC unarmored defense bonus and +1 HP per level.

That said, I much prefer Storm sorcerers. You get a bunch of extra bonus spells, which help mitigate the problem the class usually has with low numbers of spells. Casting Mage Armor is equivalent to the unarmored defense, and you can fly with a bonus action. For me, it’s no contest.

Lightning based Dragonic Sorcerer does more damage; Storm gets abit more mobility.

Past lvl 6 you start adding your CHA score to lightning damage (so maximum +7 at the min/max 24 CHA)
(This doesn't includes lightning damage from lightning charges gained from certain equipment anymore)

However, if you have a cleric and cast "Create Water" for wet, which lets you do double damage with lightning attacks (so +14 now).
And then max level you get Chain Lightning which you can Twinned cast, and then you can throw another Quickend CL, which in theory, means you CHA damage = 56 extra damage per individual CL spread across max 4 enemies (ie. 14 per enemy).
(And even then, if you slap haste on yourself, thats another Twinned CL)
(And then theres the ?buggy behaviour? where sometimes the chain'll "stick" onto the source enemy anyway)

Ofc, you can really only pull that combo off once per long rest.

Tbh, it's probably overkill at this point as CL will be doing upwards of +100 damage (w/ wet) per cast.

I didn't understand about lightning items like robe from grymforge, staff as reward for rescuing council Florrik and others, did it also provide damage?
And how reached 24 of Charisma? I thoght there is only 22 max

Yeah, when you have atleast 1 charge, you have a +1 attack roll and deal 1 additional lightning damage; after 5 charges it does 1-8 lightning damage. The item description explains how you get charges.

2 things in Act 3 lets you get from 20 to 24:

House of Grief by sacrificing Thayan Forbidden Knowledge to the Mirror of Loss and a hat (Birthright) you buy at Sorcerous Sundries.

Mind you, it's not very necessary to min/max to beat the game. Never bothered watering enemies nor did I know you could cast Twinned Haste let alone cast Twinned Chain Lightning until after I finished.
