In Waukeen's Rest, the quest Rescue the Trapped Man can't be completed on my end (Steam, Windows 10) because after removing the beam trapping Benryn via dialog, the game still treated him like he was trapped under this beam. I talked to him repeatedly and got the same cutscene but no EXP for rescuing him. He eventually died in a fire. Repeatedly.
PS: This was in a multiplayer game where main characters moved the beam aside.
EDIT: When a companion moved it (Astarion in my case), the quest worked as intended!
