It is currently possible to change the article once.
Why can we not do that all 3 times with the 3 positive articles? Moreover, perhaps if we print the cat article the cats could all turn green. Dunno what good that would do but it would be cool.
Another idea is let us change the article 10 times. This would max approval with all vendors and let players see the power of controlling the press.
