If you keep playing you'll encounter more weirds things
The whole attack Gortash in the ceremony cause a bugged mess with the rest of the act III. The best thing you can do is back to an older save and don't attack Gortash at the ceremony
That said, Duke Ravengard conversations seen to be bugged for every option that isn't straighforward accept MIzora's deal
I rejected mizora's deal, found and saved ravengard on my own. After that, conversations randomly jump from acting like mizora's deal is accepted and not (many times even in the same conversation)
Edit: Also worth saying that except in a very few exceptions, the game always thread the same lethal and non lethal.
Example: I defend tita ethel againts maryna's brothers because i fail the check and want to roleplay it. I use non lethal against them and both was effectively marked as unsconcious at combat end. The game still consider i kill them
Another, at the start of act III i used non lethal againts the guild gooms. All of them end effectively unconcious, but you still say to ninefingers that you killed them.
