Hi all,

Can anyone explain the purpose of this item? It is presumably silencing the target for one turn. However it goes like that:
- A party character shoots enemy spellcaster with the arrow of arcane interference and hits.
- The enemy spellcaster shows "Silenced" with 1 turn timer
- The enemy spellcaster's turn starts and the "Silenced" effect expires
- The spellcaster happily hurls his spells at my party.

The only reason to use it, it seems, to prevent the enemy from using a counterspell (which is a reaction) but this seems a very narrow usage.

Am I using it wrong? Is it a bug? Or is it a totally useless item?

Well, it should also break concentration, so it's not totally useless. That alone can be a very useful effect. But yes, it would be strange if the caster is not silenced when it is her/his turn.
