I love the thematic Oath Breaker and I also like very much trying different approaches to this Subclass. So the need to reclaim your oath before you are allowed to respeck gives a little headache. Especially when playing with friends when you need to pay thousands of gold out of your shared pot of money. In solo mode the money isn't a problem but all the different layers in this process are an ennuiance never the less. Including breaking your oath again after every respec.
I also understand that this existing system is in place to make players feel the weight of decision of breaking Paladins oaths. But...
Would it be possible?
A Allow respecking Oath Breaker at normal cost but you'd be forced to stay OB at least 1 level.
B Reduce the cost of Reclaim Oath closer to respec cost.
Larian has been very friendly towards respeccing in BG3 so could we bring Oath Breaker in as well.
