I'm doing a play through and ... I somehow ended up with Astarion at 72 Approval (Very High) I've only done The Ruins, Stopped the Ritual at the Grove, Killed the Hag and The Gur. I haven't even entered Moonhaven yet or gone over to the Mountain Pass. Will this cause me to missed out on Romance Cutscenes? or is it fine?

There was an issue in EA with high approval too early causing problems with companion quest and romance progression (especially for Gale) but I’ve not encountered this in full release. That said, I’ve not got high approval with Astarion specifically that quickly, so while I’ve not seen any cause for worry, perhaps someone who has will offer reassurance.

Do you play a Durge? As a Surge, my approval with Astarion got pretty high quickly. It didn't cause any troubles.

Then all is well. If you romance Astarion as a good, resisting Durge, you get a bit more content. It actually gets quite wholesome ( and I say that as not the biggest Astarion fan around).

With Astarion I didn't have issues and I romanced him in a patch 3 playthrough with early high approval as a Durge.
Although I never got an option for Shadowheart even tho I got her approval really high. I must've missed the chance somehow. Everyone else seemed doable, but never tried Karlach or Wyll.

Shadowheart has one line: I think, we should get to know each other better. That triggers here wine scene. But if you start anything with anyone else, that line isn't there anymore.
I found out, because I was undecided,whom to romance with my gith mage, if she would fit with Shadowheart or Gale or someone else.
I had that line with Shadowheart, until I accidentally started the romance with Karlach and decided to go with it

Not sure about Astarion, but I tend to get high approval with Shadowheart very quickly playing as a good tav or a good Durge, even as soon as the Grove, and it’s never messed up the romance progression at all. Everything still seems to work the way it should!

That must be why because me picking Astarion. I do remember one playthrough where I didn't choose anyone for a time and had an option with Shadowheart saying "I think we may have missed an opportunity" or somewhere along those lines. Thanks for your feedback.
