i have foud that if u hold ctrl when u click on an item that is stacked while pickpocketing it as long as u dont take all of the item it doesnt count towards ur limit of items u can steal so for all those merchants with lovely items that u want but things u absolutely really need that stack just hold ctrl and u are set you get the items u want and can steal take the items u need like gold and potions without having to buy them
