I'm playing with my wife and whenever we need to reload a save file, our controlled characters get swapped, I play as hers and vice versa.

She presses ESC - Session and switches them back, clicks Accept and our characters are now translucent and immovable, we can't do anything but move the camera at that point. Furthermore if she tries to go back to the main menu, the game gets stuck at 0 % loading screen, I can leave fine.

We do not use mods, the installation is fresh.

I couldn't find any info on that particular but online yet, maybe someone here knows more? Thanks in advance, it really ruins the experience...

Not sure if you managed to solve this problem. But we run into the exact same problem. If you can, can you elaborate on how you get into this state and where the scenario is?

Tive esse problema há pouco tempo e é relacionado à sua conta Larian vinculada ao seu usuário do Windows. Sem enrolar muito e dar longas explicações, você pode solucionar isso fazendo logoff da conta Larian no Launcher (e também nos outros usuários do windows que compartilham a mesma instalação), apagar a pasta de configurações do jogo que normalmente fica em “Documentos”, executar o reparador de instalação da Steam, abrir o Launcher do jogo e logar novamente a sua conta Larian.
