Shadowheart doesn't move at all anymore even if I'm controlling her. This happened right after the dialogue with her after she throws the spear away. The portal did move her outside the mausoleum with the rest of the party and the dialogue finished as normal, but she just stands there. I asked her to leave the party and now she's permanently stuck in place. She doesn't return to camp and I can no longer interact with her.

I saved just before entering the pool, so I'm going to try again, but you guys need to bite the bullet and roll back if you don't have a fix coming soon.

Halsin also never moves, but I can control him and he's just not that important of a character. Just sucks because I had only just discovered how much fun owlbear form is.

EDIT: Still happens on second try choosing the same options - which was to say nothing both times and let Shadowheart make her own decision. There is a giant pause in the dialogue after freeing nightsong that I have to wait out each time that might be related. This is a blocker for me. I have 500 hours without a complete game and I thought this was going to be the one.

That’s super disappointing, I love that scene. I also play on PC via Steam but I haven’t played through that part post-patch-4. This strengthens my resolve to not play any more until they get at least another hotfix in (and hopefully some hugs for Shadowheart).

I’d recommend submitting a bug report because that is BAD.

Edit: Does long resting unstick her? You could also try killing her then resurrecting her.

Shoot, good call on the long resting - that appears to have fixed it. It's the part where there is a sense of urgency to get to moonrise and join the harper attack, so I was afraid of a consequence for long resting.
