Forgot to snap a pic, but I might grab one and post it here later.
Boots of Genial Striding combined with Radiant Armor will leave a transparent gap between the top of the boots and the lower part of the armor's pant-legs. Basically, it's as if either the boots don't reach up far enough or the pant-legs don't come down far enough. The effect looks quite odd, since there's just a pretty wide see-through gap there between top of the boots and lower edge of her pant-legs.
When she wears the boots without any armor or with other armor sets, the boots show up fine and there's no gap between leg-texture and the top of the boots.
I tried various combos, giving both armor and boots to different characters and also combining the boots with different armor-sets, all on different characters, but the only combo I found that caused this was Shadowheart/Radiant Armor/Boots of Genial Striding. I also put SH into a few other boots while wearing the same armor, but the ones I tried all worked fine.
Seems to be a repeatable glitch, because I restarted the game and tried different save-games but the result was always the same.
