My Lae'zel wears Cloak of the Weave, which gives +1 spell save DC as shown below. But when an enemy succeeds a saving throw against it, the dice roll seems to ignore the +1 DC bonus. The combat log below shows the dice roll detail. Lae'zel throws a smokepowder bomb, the enemy makes a DEX save (the words "succeeded on a saving throw" partially covered by the pop-up but still legible). And the bomb's DC is shown as 8 + 4 + 1 = 12 (the new math apparently). But the enemy indeed saves it with a 12. The erroneous math is clearly a visual bug. But what should the DC be, 12 or 13? Note that the item's bonus is specifically for "spell save DC." But the attacker uses a bomb, not a spell. So what should be the right way for the game to fix this bug? Show "8 + 4 = 12" and have enemy make a save with 12, *OR* show "8 + 4 + 1 = 13" and have enemy fail with 12? Which is the right way? If I'm going to report this bug, at least I should know what the correct way is and tell them.

Following the DnD 5e rules, items like bombs have a fixed dc. (In case of a simple bomb it's 12). So the combat log is correct, the tooltip is wrong.
