If you want to play an "evil" Paladin from the start, what is the quickest, easiest way to turn a Paladin into an oathbreaker in the game? I mean the soonest possible way.

Go murder someone.

The Tieflings near Lae'zel would probably be the earliest murderable targets (Aside from companions)

Killing the Tieflinfgs under Lae'zel's cage does this indeed.

Tell them that you will keep an eye on the Yellow Ugly and backstab them the moment they turn their backs at you.
Might not work with Oath of Vengeance, but doubtlessly will with Devotion. Not sure about Ancients - for that go and kick some puppies (i.e. kill the freak, i.e. Owlbear cub). Maybe killing Scratch will have the desirable result?
So, a scant few minutes out of the Nautiloid.

As mentioned, Damays and Nymessa are options.

I also imagine killing the scared boar by Astarion would probably work for an Oath of the Ancients paladin.

I don't think Palladins need to be vegetarian. I suspect they can kill boars unpunished.
I think he needs to kill something with a soul.

The pig eluded my Mad Tracking Skills :), but killing the Foulbloods gave my Oath of Ancients Paladin - Tavok - the Oathbeaker Achievment.

Be careful going OB that early, you will miss out on withers ability to allow you to respec. I ALWAYS take a single level of wizard so I can get my summon shovel ritual spell. Then respec back to a OB then go murder hobo.

You can also easily end that Druid at the start of the grove that will sale you items. So your choice if you plan on working with one or the other.

Go to the Hag as Vengance Pala.
Take the +1 and the Girl by the End.. be Greedy let her slide away.. pluft broke.
Yu are not Supposed as Pala to let her Go.. not even Get the Buff.

(Was the Fast way i Broke mine to Make a Evil Pala, and since i always do Hag Before go to Goblin Camp.. felt Totally Ok to be Evil..haha)
Just a Note i Played untill i Broke it Like i was a Normal Pala of Vengance.
But Once i Brake i started to Change in the Game.. like i was roleplaying for real as Tabletop.haha

You can kill Spot. This happened to me in my current game. We are playing 2 player and the other guy is a dark urge. He was having fun with the dialogue when using Speak with Animals with Spot and turned him hostile to our party. My Paladin attacked first and killed Spot with one hit, losing her oath in the process (my Paladin is Shadowheart). It actually seems fitting for her as a wan-a-be Dark Justiciar.
