I would suggest an additional waypoint be placed near the Wizard's Tower in the Underdark. The tower itself, the Festering Cove etc are all isolated.

Couldn't find anything like this on the search function - so at the risk of duplicating the suggestion...

But there is Man..
If yu came Down from the Hag Lair.. yu run into the Tower..
Just go to the Dueargar Beach and yu will find a Waypoint/teleporter ..
theres another in the Mushuroon village, selunite outpost, Sussu Tree
There are 4 waypoints/Teleporter in Underdakr part 1 and 2 in Underdark Part 2.

(by the Way if yu are Wondering.. the best Rout to Go down There is From the Goblin Camp, using Pristess Gut Secret Door.)
Just dont Forget to Get the Necklace of Misty Step.. its inside a Chest close to the Roon where has a skeleton in a Bed.

The Beach waypoint is a lot closer than it seems.

Just climb the netting then go to the area with the holes that you can reach into. Make that small jump, and you're right there at the stairs leading up to the arcane tower. I've noticed a lot of people feel like they have to go the long way around, but the shortcut is quick and easy.
