Hi, after patch 5 my actiion wheels are all reversed. Means the wheels on left part with my spells etc are reversed and the right part with the standard wheels for standard actions, potions, scrolls etc. are reversed too. Sometimes the standard ones are empty after I push R1, need to close and open them up again.
Adding a new wheel also didn´t work like before, sometimes there comes none or in the middle instead of left where it should be.
Changing a slot with another did overlap them until you reopen the wheels.
Very annoying.
