Patch 5 introduced a change which many people wanted:
"Minthara will still appear at Moonrise Towers if she was knocked out in Act I."
I was happy to return to game after my last play-through got blocked because she got bugged when i tried to recruit her. Only to find out this does not work at all.
After a bit of online research it seems it only works if you try to glitch her the same way you did for sheepthara bug. If you knock her out regularly, she will not appear at Moonrise towers (tested myself). You have to knock her out when she is only temporarily hostile, and it cannot be done during any of the regular encounters.
Which is really a shame, as it seemed like a simple thing which made the game much more enjoyable for chaotic-good playthroughs (still needs a lot fo work for any evil variant though), but it is not working at all (if we do not count the exploit which was there previously and which just got slightly easier... But regular gameplay - nope)
