I hope they at least give that one out on stage instead of squeezing it in as an announcement between trailers. I'm finding this pretty funny, actually.

This is the first Game Awards I've ever watched. They sure do show a lot of, uh, filler, don't they.  Yeah, they really do. They need to find another way to monetize - how does the Academy Awards do it? We need to get this down to 2 hours. We are looking at 4 hours at this point.

Are there such things as "another way" apart from Marketing ads related to gaming to monetize TGA?  I doubt it. Not that what we've seen is ideal.

Didn't get Best Game Direction. Alan Wake 2 deserved it tbh. Direction and Art is definitely Alan Wake 2 territory.

I hope flying all the way from England/Belgium/etc. - with attendant jet lag - was worth it for those few minutes of acclaim! Next is the DICE Awards, I think, but not until February.
