So, how do I get those new epilogues? What are the actual requirements?

I have 2 playthroughs, one save is after the final battle, during the dialogue with Laezel, and the other one in the Lower City before the final battle.

The first one doesn't get the epilogue. The game just ends as it always did. The second one, however, has it working.
