And how can I let the whole group sneak? Do I have to select it for each one individually?
This works on the PC but I can't find anything on the Xbox.

I'm unsure if this is how it works on XBOX controllers, but with a PS5 controller, you hold down the down-D-pad button for group sneak. I'd assume it's not that different on XBOX.
