As soon as the player loots the Shar statuette in Grymforge which can be gifted to Shadowheart, Shadowheart's journal will immediately update as if the player already gifted her the statuette, despite not even talking to her about it yet.

This then messes up the dialogue about gifting it to her because the player is provided the option to ask her if she kept it despite not even gifting it yet. So after the player gifts it to her, she can no longer be asked if she kept it.

Thanks for spotlighting this! The flow of the dialogue options definitely don’t make sense there. And if you play as a cleric of Selune, the kiss animation when you select a cleric-of-Selune-specific dialogue option is also bugged. It doesn’t play at all, like it used to. I hope they’ll go back and take a look at this interaction to fix dialogue flow, etc., even though many players don’t even know you can gift her this.
