My problem is exactly this, I don't just lose saves, all my settings completely fly off, and this has already happened twice after the update was installed, which Microsoft shouted that everything was fixed.

Every day, yesterday's synchronized saves just disappear from me, and are downloaded again from Larion's account, I do not know how to play like this.

It starts to seem to me that there is some kind of problem with syncing with the Xbox cloud, because when loading, the screen with the sync bar disappears too quickly, literally in half a second.

Do you find any solution? I am looking for any possible help.
God I love this game...

Hello, I'm here to share my experience. I lost my save at the end of December (I was at the start of act 3). I started a game again, keeping only 6 save files that I systematically synchronized (sometimes they didn't do it automatically, so I had to change the options to disable and then re-enable the crossplatform). I finished the game last night with the constant fear of losing my adventure, but I finally finished it. Courage to those who lost their saves and thanks to the Larian team for this absolutely incredible game (but whose save bug gave me my first gray hairs)

It is very unfortunate to realize that you did not check the news and the latest update from Microsoft, but simply reposted it and assured us that everything had been fixed. I open your eyes - NOTHING HAS CHANGED! It's been 50 days since the game was released on Xbox, and it's still unplayable. It's funny that you blame Microsoft for everything, but only your game has such problems on the console. Game of the year? Just not in my world.

Customer support for this Xbox port is terrible.

Hey, everybody. I was hoping the problem with saves would get past me. I've been playing since December. Everything was fine. But on January 27th my saves evaporated. Only saves from January 20 are loaded from the cloud. Dozens of hours of progress just disappeared. I'm really upset. This has not happened to me since S.T.A.L.K.E.R. in 2008, but then there was an opportunity to just download someone else's saves. Here even such an option is not allowed. I really want to make a refund and go download the pirate version on the PC. 3 months the problem with saves and nothing solved.

Well, just lost my 98h save after crash, cross-save was turned on, was thinking it works as expected with all that "game is syncing etc etc". System software and game itself was up to date. No reply from support and honestly not expecting anyone to help at this point.
Maybe quick resume is the issue, dunno.

I got a response from larian support.
It turns out that the patch that fixes everything was released on the 16th. And even if I installed it manually, it should have been up until the 23rd.
BUT I LOST SAVES BETWEEN JANUARY 24TH AND JANUARY 27TH. RIGHT AFTER ALL THE PATCHES.
Amazing yes? Where are my saves in the larian cloud? Why is the last save there from January 20 and not January 24?

It just happened to me, too.

Turned on xbox and all local saves are gone. I thought it would be ok because every save is sent to Larian servers, but for some reason the last save available to me is dated Jan 27th.
Lost about 30 hours of progress, which I definitely don't want to replay.
Just lost all interest in continuing the compaign.

Both Xbox and BG3 are up to date.
WTF

Same happened to me today. Lost all my saves. 100+ hours wasted...
My game and console are up to date. So, bug is still NOT fixed in february.
