Sorry if im being dumb, but i can't work out how to attach charms onto items,as im new to the game, can anyone tell me how? Also, does anyone know where to get summoning dolls (im past the first act so i cant get the one from the Imp's Tooth quest)

Equip the item you want to charm, click on it; a charm inventory will open.
Drag it next to your main inventory, and drag the charms to the charm slots (ignore the x's over the empty charm slots, it's not like in DD where you have to develop the charm skill).

The A2 summoning doll is near the Spider Queen in the Spider Forest (nr 10 on this map).
A3 summoning doll is kinda hard to miss, as it will be given to you in the opening sequence for that act.
A4 summoning doll is at the academy level 2 (nr 24 on this map).

Sorry to be dumb <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/silly.gif" alt="" /> again but can you only attach charms to a very few items? I only seem to have about two which i can.

You can only attach charms to charmable items;
you have to find them (displays: charms (3) or sth like that).

Of course there are a lot more items that are not charmable, but there are a good deal of charmable items also. Just keep an eye open for them.
