My Baldur's Gate 3 is broken now following their latest patch. Prior to their latest patch my save games would be deleted.

My original Tweet following Patch 1.5.0.2 has a video now of how it "launches" into the splash screen, then into a blank black screen and stays idle on this blank screen indefinitely.

I have followed *every* troubleshooting option provided thus far by Larian, Google, Reddit and Microsoft/Xbox/Xbox Support.
These "fixes" (the ones they recommend following supplied by MS/Xbox) do nothing to fix the current issue of it not even launching now after a fresh install with the latest patch

KEY: Doesn't fix it = ?

Xbox is up-to-date and Power Off goes to sleep mode, not full shut-down. ?
Whenever I quit the game, I would make sure it doesn't go into Quick Resume ?
Going offline ?
Deleting file saves via xbox menus ("reserved space 256MB" + profile save) ?
Disconnecting from Larian account ?
Deleting all save data then the game then re-Download all (onto Intenal Drive SSD) ~140GB ? = Same issue regardless of install location or additional available space*

I am devastated because I have lost 3x save files: 1x 6hr & 3x 10hr and was saving up time off and money to get and play this game.

I’m experiencing the same. So frustrating that even upon reinstall the game no longer works. Sorry we’re in the same boat! Thanks for sharing the info about the saves because that was the last thing I didn’t try, good to know it wouldn’t have worked.

Very frustrating to pay this much money for a game that just doesn’t work at all. I’m very forgiving when it comes to bugs and glitches as long as I can play the game. So disappointing.
