Is this a change or a bug? The act 1 brothers are no longer around after the talk and much of the dialogue was tweaked?

They'll run off immediately after you talk with them (if you side with them and not Auntie Ethel) and you should be able to find their bodies elsewhere in the swamp.

Unless you side with neither Ethel nor them, and they don't get killed when they run off. You can even ask Ethel about them.

omg I didn't know they would run off when you didn't side with neither. I was looking for them!

Also does anyone know the lore behind the mushroom portals? Are they created by hags? You can find a few in Act1.
