Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - General How do I switch the speaker?

I'm playing honor mode and wanted to get the hag eye, mostly for esthetic reasons, but right before entering the hag hut the game glitched out because I was trying to speak with Astarion before entering and Lae'zel walked in so the cut scene started with her as the speaker. I tried exiting and reloading the game but it picks up from where she walks in. I also tried swapping to my main character but she can't talk to the hag while she is stuck in conversation with Lae'zel. Now if I get the eye it will be on Lae'zel and not my main character. How do I fix this?

You can't swap characters in dialogue.

Though, it doesn't matter who does the dialogue to get the hag's gift, as anyone can use it to get the stat point.

I was just about to delete this post since I found out you can choose to leave when asked then come back with the main character. But thanks anyway.
