Larian Studios Forums Baldur's Gate III Baldur's Gate III - Help Tips & Tricks HotBar not working

I downloaded patch5 today and started up a new game. The hotbar has no icons in it, just a Z C Y T in each of four boxes. No spell icons show up at all, also no weapon options. Did Patch5 completely change it or do I have some old settings on that is making this happen.

Your game looks broken. You might have to uninstall and reinstall if a new hotfix doesn't address it
