This just started to happening me earlier in the afternoon. No matter what I do (and I have tried every trouble-shooting fix), BG3 will not sync with steam cloud. I even double-checked if I had too many save files eating up cloud memory, but no, I have 300gb available. I went into my AppData folder to manually delete all my extraneous saves like quicksaves, still, hours later and it won't sync.
Does anyone have any advice on what I should do to fix this?
