Wish there was a quest - or not a quest but like an easter egg even - if as a Durge you saved Alfira (as its being acknowledged a legit method) and killed Quil Grootslang at your camp. Something simple like you loot her body and she has her manuscript on her you can take.
Flash forward to Act 3 if you have it in your inventory and didn't sell it off when you go to the Baldur's Gate publisher (or wherever she was supposed to deliver it) you can turn it in for her with a comment she didn't survive the travel.
Would just make her feel...like a character in the world instead of meat in a grinder. Because I really, really liked Quil actually and wish she was an NPC in game you could find! And for a Resist!Durge it would be a nice little wrap up to a traumatic and guilt-riddling experience.
