Hello - i don't know if this is a bug or working as intended? When I have Spirit Guardians running and I cast Sanctuary, then Spirit Guardians stops. This is noted in the bg3.wiki notes as an effect .. but that does not mean it is necessarily intended. (The wiki is not a manual just a description of what is happening, by the players.)

Sanctuary is not listed as a concentration spell, so what part of the description would imply this effect? I understand you can't do damage with Sanctuary on, and affecting enemies will break Sanctuary, but the Spirit Guardians only do damage whens someone steps into them (or is inside them when it's cast). So why does Sanctuary break it before that happens? And why not break Sanctuary instead of the Spirit Guardians? If someone thinks this is a Feature please explain where it is in the description.
If it's a bug Larian please fix!
Thanks!

You can't run a damage spell like Spirit Guardians while running sanctuary.

So that is working as intended.

Sanctuary
1 abjuration
Casting Time: 1 bonus action
Range: 30 feet
Target: A creature within range
Components: V S M (A small silver mirror)
Duration: 1 minute
Classes: Cleric
You ward a creature within range against attack. Until the spell ends, any creature who targets the warded creature with an attack or a harmful spell must first make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must choose a new target or lose the attack or spell. This spell doesn’t protect the warded creature from area effects, such as the explosion of a fireball.
If the warded creature makes an attack or casts a spell that affects an enemy creature, this spell ends.[size:14pt][/size]

Is it now? But the OP's situation directly contradicts the statement:

"If the warded creature makes an attack or casts a spell"

OP isn't casting a spell or making an attack. Merely an already cast spell is existing.

"This spell ends"

This spell. As in Sanctuary. OP is having their Spirit Guardians spell end not Sanctuary.

It could also be argued that the spirit guardians haven't *yet* affected an enemy creature.

But all that aside, meh. I get why the developers chose to just end spirit guardians. It doesn't bother me.

Right, exactly. It is not in the description. But I discovered it is noted in the bg3.wiki notes. I understand why it makes some sense to avoid both spells at once, but there should be a warning in the description since it is not a concentration spell. Bg3.wiki is the only game manual, but it's not official.

I mean, the Sanctuary spell description states that it only lasts until you attack or harm a creature. Spirit Guardians is a damage spell. It's not even ambiguous.
