Hello,

I am playing Baldur's Gate 3, which constantly crashes. I received the error code CE-108255-01 and followed all of the steps on the PlayStation website. I completed the steps for the past week and still receive the error message. I checked with PlayStation, and the response was it is something with Larian Studios. I was told to ensure I was running the latest version of the game (v4.1.1.4251417), and my console had the newest update as well. Do you have any suggestions that I might have missed?

This did not start until I started playing the game in Custom Mode.
