I just killed Orin and "upgraded" my slayer form by accepting dad's gift. Jaheria doesn't wanna know me anymore and left the party. She gave me all her gear except the defender flail so I reloaded and tried taking everything before the fight (and Jaheria leaving) but she won't give up the flail. I can't get it from her corpse either.
