Welp, did the Iron throne on honour mode and both succeeded and (minor) failed.

Went in there geared to the nines, buffed and capable of one-shotting sahuagin. Hasted, flying bla bla bla, first round went by almost perfectly...

Except the 6 prisoners in the west weren't released until beginning round 2.

(Minor notes: can't extend potions of speed by quaffing a second one, worst of both worlds - hasted and lethargic. Also, beware using ice arrows, the surface can slow dashing prisoners. I realized my mistake and had a nearby water myrmidon make a water surface.)

Did all the saving, opened all the cells, killed all the sahuagin as they appeared, escaped in time. But those 6 were dithering. So I threw haste spore grenades. Which seemed to slow them down!

In the end 4 of the ditherers weren't fast enough to save themselves. I swear, it looked like the haste effect wore off start of their turn and somehow robbed them of the ability to dash. So, either prioritize them round 1, or throw speed potions.

Like I said, I was over-prepared. Just had excess success applied in wrong areas. I'm confident I could do it again better with less buffs.

Yeah, I don't quaff speed potions until I see there's three rounds left. Don't get me started on Lethargic. Lethargic is the most annoying rule bar none, *especially* with a haste spell. What's the point of having that spell if it bars you from casting anything othwise useful. 'Well, otherwise Haste'd be too powerful!' - As opposed to what, Hunger of Hadar? That is literally BG3's answer to BG2's Insect Plague.

I get that these are 5E's rules, and not BG's, but shit, it's annoying. That needs a house rule.

Fear my wrath, for it is great indeed.
