I believe I’ve seen this as a bug elsewhere on these forums. I would definitely report it to Larian.

Silly question, but have you tried saving and reloading?

(I haven't had that bug myself, but I have had issues where my character suddenly couldn't talk to someone or click on certain things. Reloading tended to fix it for me. This might be a different issue, but I thought I'd mention it.)

yes, I tried reloading and bring few previous saves.

it confirms that this is a bug, since I have the same bahaviour, the dog and withers are not clickable.

it's very depressing when the last click of the whole game - ending the adventure - doesn't work.

Another bug a friend had: She romanced Wyll and at the party he thought she was Lae'zel.^^

Yes, some reactivity didn’t line up for me, when I played through the epilogue for my initial playthrough

Ha, I had that one with Origin Astarion and unromanced Duke Wyll too. After the first lines of dialogue were exchanged, Wyll remembered who has the best hair though. But it was funny.
