The Imps dont recognize that I have the Scythe and the Brother doesn't recognize I have the holy Relic. Both are in my inventory.

have you tried to click on the items and move them around in your inventory? Just try one (scythe) - does the quest log respond and turn red? There are 2 scythes in the game => you got the one from the cave in the imp camp?

About Raze => drop the item on the ground, speak to him - and then pick it up. Move it around => does quest log respond and turn red? If so, the game has to register, you've got the items.
