My play disc got smashed into two piece. Is there place you can mail it to and get new one ?

I highly doubt Best Buy would allow my to exchange a game that I bought back in November. I am pretty sure there is address to send in the broken disc. Does anyone on the forum know it or do I have to e'mail the company
