Larian, tell me, how many times do I need to send you a bug report for you to fix this damn bug with black character avatars after leveling up? I sent you screenshots and my saves many times! All to no avail! I even recorded a damn video demonstrating how to get this bug. Your technical support took a look and said everything will be fixed. But it’s just been so many months, and the bug is still not fixed! Astarion constantly walks around with a black face! Maybe it's time to start fixing the mistakes? I’ve been writing to you about this for 7 months now, but apparently it’s useless. There are no plans to remove the bug.
P.S. I found a solution to the problem: I just lowered the resolution from 3840 x 2160 to 1080p and upgraded the astarion level and the avatar is fine! Looks like 3840 x 2160 resolution is broken and needs fixing
