Experiencing a hard crash to desktop every time I open the new barter screen with a merchant. Happening on multiple character profiles in both Act 1 and Act 3 saves. No mods, did a fresh reinstall and still happening.

I've encountered the crashing to desktop when Bartering as well. It happens specifically when I come from camp to a trade like Tahli at the Last Light Inn. Select Barter change the items so their entire inventory loads. Now drag some gold into the barter window - crash. If I put an item from the trader into the barter window first then it appears to work fine.

I have no mods, never had issues prior to patch 6 with crashing etc.

You aren't alone friend I have same issue, it seems like I will talk to a merchant once and be able to barter with them after that any further attempts crash the game.

I have tried this and confirm it works for me as well... all the same I hope Larian does a hot fix to take care of that soon

This should have been resolved with Hotfix 18, but please reach out to our Support Team if it's persisting in your game!
