Since world domination eith your SO is now a thing, wouldn't it be possible for the player to also rule with the Emperor? His content is lacking/disjointed as is, but it shouldn't be difficult/costly at all to make a variation of said scene using the same animations for Minthara/Astarion.
I know it can be argued that he doesn't care about you not being enthralled, but that used to be the case regardless of who controlled the Absolute and was only changed after the fandom requested it.
