For some reason when I got to act 4 my teleporter stones were gone from my inventory. Anyone have an idea as to what might have happened to them?

The imp historian took them - but no cut scene explains this. It's game design, all is ok.

it may be O.K. in the game but it's a pain going into the battlefields without those pyramids,is there anyway to get them back.
Also where is the 6th BF key in act 4 ? I want to kill damian!!!!

There is no way of getting them back, except for cheating that is (and even then people have reported of the stones not working properly).
While in the in-game bf you can save yourself the trip to town by leaving the bf and then going back in again, aftergame you're on your own...

Noone has been able to find the a4 lvl 6 BF key, probably one of the two level 5 BF key was supposed to be the lvl 6 BF key...
